The Blood of the Lamb

THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB

And it shall come to pass if they will not believe also these two signs neither hearken unto your voice that you shall take of the water of the river and pour it upon the dry land and the water which you take out of the river shall become blood upon dry land (Ex4:9)

Thus says the Lord in this you shall know that i am the Lord; Behold i will smite with the rod that is my hand upon the waters which are in the river and they shall be turned to blood. And the fish that is in the river shall die and the river shall stink and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river (Ex 7:17-18)

And you shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood that is in the bason and strike the lintel and the two side posts the Lord will pass over the door and will not suffer the destroyer to come into your houses to smite you (Ex 12:22) 

And Moses took the blood and sprinkled it on the people and said; Behold the blood of the covenant which the Lord has made with you concerning all these words (Ex 24:8)

And you shall take of the blood that is upon the altar and of the anointing oil and sprinkle it upon Aaron and upon his garments and upon his sons and upon the garments of his sons with him and he shall be hallowed and his garments and his sons and his sons garments with him (Ex 29:21) 

That upon you (scribes and pharisees) may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias whom you slew between the temple and the alter (Mat 23:35)

And he took the cup and gave thanks and gave it to them saying; Drink you all of it. For this is my blood of the new testament which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But i say to you i will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine until that day when i drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom (Mat 26:27-29)

Then Jesus said to them; Surley surely i say to you, except you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood you have no life in you. Whoso eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life and i will raise him up at the last day (Jn 6:53-54)

And i will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath, blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the great and notable day of the Lord come. And it shall come to pass that whoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved (Acts 2:19-21)

Take heed therefore unto yourselves and to all the flock overwhich the Holy Ghost has made you overseers to feed the church of God which he purchased with his own blood (Acts 20:28)

Much more then being now justified by his blood we shall be saved from wrath through him (Rom 5:9)

In whom we have redemption through his blood the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of his grace (Eph 1:7)

But now in Christ Jesus you who sometimes were afar off are made near by the blood of Christ (Eph 2:13)

And having made peace through the blood of his cross by him to reconcile all things to himself by him i say whether they be things in earth or things in heaven (Col 1:20)

Neither by the blood of goats and calves but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place having obtained eternal redemption for us (Heb 9:12)

And almost all things are by the law purged with blood and without shedding of blood there is no remission (Heb 9:22)

Having therefore brethren boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus (Heb 10:19)

Of how much sorer punishment suppose ye shall he be thought worthy who has trodden under foot the Son of God and has counted the blood of the covenant wherewith he was sanctified an unholy thing and has done despite to the Spirit of grace ? (Heb 10:29)

Wherefore Jesus also that he might sanctify the people with his own blood suffered without the gate (Heb13:12)

For as much as you know that you were not redeemed with corruptible things as silver and gold from your vain conversation received by tradition from your forefathers. But with the precious blood of Christ as of a lamb without blemish and without spot (1 Pet1:18-19)

And from Jesus Christ who is the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins with his own blood (Rev1:5)

And i said to him; Sir you know and he said to me; These are they which came out of great tribulation and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb (Rev7:14)

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the Word of their testimony and they loved not their lives unto death (Rev12:11)

And the winepress was trodden without the city and blood came out of the winepress even unto the horses bridles by space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs (Rev14:20)

And he was clothed in a vesture dipped in blood and his name is called; The Word of God (Rev19:13)
